Jan Engelsman

Trainer since 2020, joined Focus Academy in 2022.

After studying psychology, I gained experience in management and sales, and discovered how much fun it is to coach new colleagues. This sparked my interest in the training profession. I provide training in sales, personal leadership and focus management.

When you know how the brain works, you can adjust behavior. That is what appeals to me in the focus theory. My ideal way to experience focus and stay healthy is to exercise. Besides work, I like to go kite surfing at sea.
